By training,she is an Educational Technologist with Masters Degree in view,She has passion for young people and committed to reaching out to them and help mold their destinies for a productive livelihood. An entrepreneur a reader and knowledge seeker.

Oto-Obong is the founder of Wills Ventures: a peanuts snack production company and sales of healthy cereals. She is currently the Monitoring and Evaluation officer at Save The Young That Matters Initiative (SYMI) a Non-Governmental Organization in Uyo, Nigeria.

She has organized many coaching and mentoring sessions for young people in schools and faith based organisations and also a skill acquisition training for in-school and out of school young people in rural communities.

She has organised health sensitization outreaches on HIV/AIDS,Cancer awareness in schools,communities and markets.
