Otto Bohon
Senior Advisor at Affinex Capital in Tucson, Arizona
I build systems that help people and businesses grow.
I started working in my family’s restaurant business at a young age in Tucson, Arizona. That early experience taught me how operations, structure, and leadership really work—long before I ever stepped into corporate roles.
I later moved into finance, starting at Wells Fargo and working my way up to Private Banker before launching my own practice as an independent Financial Advisor. I built and managed around $500 million in assets before stepping away to focus on what I do best—operations, systems, and scaling organizations.
Today, I serve as a Senior Advisor and run a consulting firm where I act as an external COO or CMO. I help companies grow by building the infrastructure, training, and processes they need to scale.
I’m passionate about mentorship and creating opportunities for others. Over the past five years, my work has helped create over 500 jobs and supported many people in building meaningful careers.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, a father of four daughters, and someone who enjoys art, collecting, and always learning something new.
