Ltd. and progressed through a variety of assignments, in 2007 he singlely founded Otto Construction Group, LLC Company in California, With his vast experience, he specializes in projects design and constructions in the oil sector.

Otto Sebastian is the founder and visionary behind Otto Construction Group, LLC Company. Otto Sebastian took a leap of faith and left his hometown to become a Project Engineer. Shortly thereafter, he started a small construction business in California, out of the back of his pick up truck. That company would develop into the Otto Construction Group, LLC and one of the most respected names within the building industry. Otto Sebastian continues to lead the company, providing leadership, opportunity and compassion.
