OTUBO VICTOR OGEMDI (DR. OVO)is a Lead fellow at the Centre for International Leadership and Economic Development of the Pan-African Career And Employability Centre, UK. He is the pioneer researcher of statecraft leadership, globally and a thought leader on 3rd world economic development.

He is the current Chairman Board of Directors of STAND (States And Nations Development) Organization where he collaborates with experts around the world on issues surrounding developing economies.

He is also the chief host and director of e-LITE STATECRAFT AFRICA -Nigeria’s largest “privately organized,” leadership and economic development conference,an annual event that hosts thousands of under40 Africans with discussions and trainings focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, innovations, technology and education, hence, e-LITE. DR. OVO is an entrepreneur and an independent advisor and consultant to government of nations on economic development, change management, leadership and conflict resolution.

He also consults for private sectors and has worked with top tear brands in Africa including Africa top financial institutions such Access bank. He has trained over 43,000 individuals in live events and conferences over the past decade with many crediting their life's success to his teachings, trainings and philosophy.

He has received invitations to speak and train units by major public figures in Nigeria and Africa, including an invite from Nigeria’s youngest Senate President and one time Secretary to the Federal Government, Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim.
