Mohamed Oualit is a Moroccan social and psychological support specialist, born on April 12, 1998, in Driouch. Since January 2023, he has served as a psychosocial support specialist with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Abdelmalek Essaâdi University (2020) and a technical diploma in Educational Social Assistance from the Mixed Vocational Training Center in Tangier.

Career Journey:

Oualit began his professional journey after graduating in 2020, entering the field of social and educational support with a focus on vulnerable groups and individuals with special needs. He initially worked at the Princess Lalla Meryem Institute in Tangier, providing support and rehabilitation services to children with autism spectrum disorders, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex educational cases.

Between 2021 and 2022, he joined the "Hasnouna Association for Supporting Drug Users," where he participated in psychosocial accompaniment and social reintegration programs for marginalized populations. This role significantly deepened his practical experience in grassroots social work.

In January 2023, he was appointed a psychosocial support specialist by the Ministry, where he works directly in schools, supporting students’ mental and social well-being, addressing school dropout risks, and fostering inclusive and safe learning environments.

Oualit is distinguished by a methodology that integrates field practice with technical thinking. He has launched digital programs and initiatives aimed at modernizing social work tools, reflecting his commitment to innovation and his use of technology to enhance professional performance.
