Marie Claire Murekatete
Co-owner and Managing Director of Atlas computer systems and the campany was selected by Tonny Elumelu Program for young entrepreneurs in Africa (23th March 2015). Claire is the founder of "Refugee Girls Need You" project(http://refugeegirlsneedyou.org/about-us/) .Claire is also working as senior Software engineer at Rwanda Development Board (RDB). Claire holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor’s degree in computer Engineering and information Technology from University of Rwanda college of Technology. Claire is certified as a Java Oracle Sun Certified.
Claire is a member of Girls in ICT Rwanda.(http://www.girlsinict.rw/) and an organizer of Ms. Geek competition.
Selected by UNSCO and US. Department of State to teach young girls how they can develop mobile programming in WisCi camp.
Claire was selected to represent Rwanda as TechWomen alumnae in Grace

She is a regional ambassador of Technovation program. Claire was a unique candidate from Rwanda selected in May2015 by African union in partnership with GIZ to participate In a Gamification and also participated in the 10th international conference on ICT for development and learning in Addis Ababa at Ethiopia.
Claire was selected by the Department of State as an emerging leader from Middle East Africa and Africa to Attend a TechWomen 2014 and Claire is a U.S Department of State alumnae.
