In 4 years of dedicated training, I’ve had the honor of representing Malaysia on the world stage as a static calisthenics performer. My journey has been fueled by relentless discipline, passion, and a deep respect for the sport. While I’ve reached a high level in static strength, I believe there’s always more to learn and improve.

Beyond my personal growth, I am passionate about spreading the recognition of calisthenics across Malaysia. This sport has transformed my life, and I’m committed to inspiring others to experience its power and potential. My mission is to push limits—both mine and others'—while sharing the incredible benefits of calisthenics with a wider audience.
