Owen Hughes

I am a student currently living in Maryland. My interests range from politics to technology. I am also interested in education and web development. I am apart of Student Advocacy Groups in Maryland and I hope to continue to support students across the state. If I am elected the position, Second Vice-President on Carroll County Student Government Association (CCSGA) Officer Team, my plan is to better involve the middle school student voices. I come from a school background where it wasn’t always easy to stand up for myself and where I didn’t always fit in. My plan as Second Vice-President would be to make a difference in our interactions and our relationships between the middle school students and the staff in CCPS. Want to get to know more about me?
