Retirement Planning and Wealth Management Firm in Florida, United States
Oxford Advisory Group is a private, family-owned retirement planning and wealth management firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with a presence in Sarasota, Jacksonville, Tampa, Mount Dora, and South Carolina. As an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), the firm focuses on helping high-net-worth pre-retirees and retirees prepare for retirement through tax-aware financial planning. Its work includes retirement income planning, estate planning guidance, Social Security maximization, required minimum distribution strategies, and overall wealth planning designed to help clients avoid common retirement challenges, including unnecessary tax burdens.
The firm was founded in 2019 by brothers Christopher and Samuel Dixon. From the beginning, the goal has been to help individuals and families better understand the financial decisions that affect long-term retirement security.

In 2025, the Orlando Business Journal recognized the firm as one of Orlando’s Best Places to Work. The company also received Central Florida’s Favorite awards for Best Financial Advisor and Best Wealth Management Firm that year. Earlier in 2026, Oxford Advisory Group held a ribbon-cutting and grand opening for its expanded office in Mount Dora, Florida.
