Ifeoluwa is an experienced Business Consultant and Social Innovator, passionate about product ideation, development, and execution, as well as Social impact. With over 7 years in Business Consulting, she has honed her expertise in Small and Medium-sized business consulting.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

In 2016, she received a Community Development Award for pioneering a mentoring and skill acquisition summer boot camp for over 300 teenagers in Plateau State, Nigeria. This produced budding website designers, tech scientists, robotics engineers, writers, authors, graduates, and contributors to society.

In 2022 and 2023, Ifeoluwa earned recognition with the Lloyds Banking Group workplace award as a Mental Health Role Model and as a nominee for the Black Organizational Leadership and Development Award.

SOCIAL IMPACT

She has consulted for international NGOs like Helping Hands International, COPAVE NG, and Matadors Leadership Institute.

Beyond her finance industry consulting work, Ifeoluwa volunteers, mentoring businesses through IOEE, Black Business UK, BOLD Network, NOBEEL UK, and teenagers via The Diana Awards Mentoring platform in the UK.

With like-minded partners, she founded two organizations: AfricHer Rising in 2021, focused on bridging the female leadership and political equity gap, and NOBEEL UK in 2023, empowering Black economic leaders through professional and entrepreneurial development.
