Olu has been teaching and speaking on the topic of project management and its importance in developing countries and seeking to encourage many other youths that seeks for a change in career to follow this path as he believes in the importance of learning and being adaptable. He develops and delivers workshops and seminars to managers,audiences, entrepreneurs, adults and young adults.

Projects delivered or supported ranges from infrastructure project, transformational projects,web develpment projects, managing portfolio and programmes, cordinate change initiatives and seeks to improve processes within any organization he works in.

Own Projects:

Creating knowledge exchange medium for PMO Staffs in different organisation, giving an opportuinity to learn from peers and expert in the field of project management.

Creating awareness for ethnic minorities to engage with youths in following and developing their passion.
