I have been delivering trainings for the last 15 years. In 1998 I was elected as the Vice President for HR in AIESEC and that incident changed the whole picture. Beside my professsional experience in Hitachi Japan, Canon and 3M, I am highly involved in volunteer work. I was the president of JCI Bogazici Chapter (Junior Chamber International) in 2010, that year I was also awarded as the “Most Outstanding Trainer” and certified for international level. I am currently a member of IAF (International Association of Facilitators)

For the last decade I worked with local consulting firms both as a consultant and a trainer. Last year I brought Peter Drucker’s “Drucker Management Path” certification program for mid-level managers in Turkey. Right now as a Certified Master Facilitator I deliver the program in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

In 2013, I also made an agreement with FranklinCovey in Turkey. Right now I am delivering Covey’s Productivity, Effectiveness, Trust, Management and Execution programmes (such as 5 Choices and 7 Habits) locally and Drucker Path programmes internationally.

Through out the years my belief in corporate trainings have changed. It is not about presentations, participant guides or the trainer. I believe in adult learning where the learner is responsible for the individual’s learning, we as the facilitators provide the environment and facilitate their process. The joy of learning must be promoted, the participant must be supported to take action and the whole process should be related to business results or individual’s social needs.
