Ozgur Deveci

In fall 2020 I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the Anadolu University. Having now obtained my degree, I have into the entrepreneurship ecosystem to pursue job opportunities. I am able to learn quickly about new industries and markets, which helps to drive strategy for each organization I've worked with. I’ve honed my ability to align teams to work towards common goals and KPIs. I take a consultative approach and understand communication is critical to obtaining alignment.

When I get into a job, I want to know everything. The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with teammates and folks in different functional roles to find out what they know and how best to work with them.

I use positivity to make work a pleasant place to be, building an atmosphere of fun. Sometimes I find I can still learn new things when a teammate comes in with a fresh perspective, and I seek to give credit and elevate those who have something new to contribute. I believe empowering employees and coworkers leads to increased productivity and instills a sense of pride. I'll always bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn to any organization.

I'm passionate about contributing my leadership skills to cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment where mentorship is valued over management, and serving our audience is more important than any individual's ego. My high energy and passion for fun come with me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything. It's definitely not uncommon to see me working two jobs in the same day. Sometimes it can be difficult to juggle, but I always find it rewarding.

I've experienced both in-person and remote networking and relationship building and am an expert in maintaining positive experiences even in the most difficult of negotiations. I constantly strive to be the best version of myself and to uplift the people that I work with. I'm a fast learner and can take on any challenge with creativity and hard work. I believe there is always something to learn, and with digital’s rapid pace, there’s always something new.
