My passion lies in helping people, brands and communities reach their full potential and consciously expand their possibilities.

I am the founder and CEO of BurnBright Lifeworks, Inc. a 21st century empowerment company that specializes in the development of transformational strategies.

I also teach a graduate course on Developing and Implementing Ideas at Columbia University and have served as VP at a number of global marketing/communications agencies. I am also a member of the 4A's Innovation Consortium.

In 2012, I invented the International Day for Dreamers, the first international platform to celebrate dreamers, visionaries and innovators through live and virtual events held all around the world.
