Ozvald Cobblepot is the fictitious director of an imaginary web magazine and festival that is supposed to bring a revolutionary shift in the photography world.

Based on the idea that the art market is focusing too much on single images to speculate on and trying to create icons, Photo{Novels} is an attempt to balance that trend by giving young artists working in the field of photo novels, "P.O.M." and any kind of narrative series, the opportunity to be displayed online through the website and to be shown "in real life" during the annual festival that takes place in Portbou (Spain).
