In a city as massive as it was, I found it had a quick moving pace and vast chance to succeed. Hobbies of mine often shifted towards which parent accompanied me during my youth. On some weekends I recall the cold fall wind making me shiver as my dad would center his shoulders and mentally tell himself where he would make that golf ball land. As well, I enjoyed the process of preparing traditional seasonal food with my grandmother. Now i’m not that child I once was as a new chapter unfolds.
