Patrick Mcnamara

Patrick McNamara is a Senior Vice President with Claro Advisors with more than 25 years of experience working in the financial industry.

Patrick’s career began after he graduated from the Oswego campus of New York College in 1995. His Business Administration degree earned him an opportunity with Fidelity Investments, in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This position provided him with a foundation of experience in working with clients, focusing on equity, mutual funds, option and fixed income trading. The rewarding experience pushed Patrick to move on to Goldman Sachs in 1998.

While Patrick was working with Goldman Sachs, he was also studying with the Wallace E Carroll Graduate School of Management, working to earn his MBA. He maintained a high quality of work with Goldman Sachs, right up to his departure in 2000 following his graduation from the MBA program.

He then joined the team at Morgan Stanley where he would work for more than 2 decades, climbing through several roles and titles until he was named Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. Patrick’s time here would end in 2019, when he would leave for a position with Claro Advisors, where he still works today.
