About Me

I’m an independent consultant based in Warsaw. I advise the Chamber of Press Publishers, co‑founded the Association of Digital Transformation Practitioners, where I serve on the board.

My focus is digital strategy and subscriptions. I partner with international providers of tools for e‑commerce and publishers (Piano, Marfeel, iMatrics, Flowplayer, Upscore), covering business development, strategy design, and digital transformation. I have extensive experience in digital subscriptions, digital marketing, building online businesses in complex organizations, as well as innovation in journalism and editing, content creation, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.

Previously, I worked as editor‑in‑chief, senior editor, and journalist at Polish publishers including Agora, Infor Biznes, and Polska Press.
