I am a 22 years old French student at Montpellier Business School. I follow a generalist cursus and it gives me all the basis to be performant in a managment and all the keys to create my own entreprise. I want to create my e-design website. I'm passionate by the fashion.I have already do two internship in a fashion shop during 2 month. During this experience I have see many mission that there are to do in a fashion shop: accountability, seller, merchandizing. It was an enriching, beneficial and formative experience

I’m convinced that “the success is not final, the failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue which matters”, and thank to Winston Churchill and his own philosophy of thinking,this allowed me every days in my decision making and in my failures and professional successes…

Developing a kind of perpetual questioning about all I accomplish or failed is one of the most important point to me. Always be positive and have a trust in what you believe is essential but in keeping in mind the humility. This is why in each professional or personal action I try to identify the situation of succeed. And understand why I’m in a situation of success? Or in a situation of failure?

Many companies, or director try to involve these own employees in this philosophy of thinking. The perfect example of this, it’s the feedback. It allow to the director or manager to remove the employees in the success or failure situation and speak and identify all the action take by the employee.

In my last internship in Midi Libre,I try to apply this type of behavior. Speak with my tutor of the entire mission that I have to do and do a feedback with him. My tutor was in favor about this is initiative that I have taken and see directly my motivation and my implication.
