At pHresh!, we will only use organic or clean (herbicide/pesticide free) locally grown produce. Our menu offers freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, soups and delicious desserts with an emphasis on specialty diets like gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and raw. We will also have a few clean carnivorous options too, so there's something for everyone.

Our juice bar menu features pHresh! organic wheatgrass juice by the ounce and many vegetable and fruit juices made to order. We'll have many super smoothies, elixirs, seltzers and the best coffee and tea available. We will only use clean, ionized, micro clustered high alkaline water for all our preparations.

My personal favorite treat is the Hawaiian Shaved Ice with the best ever organic flavors in 24 delicious varieties! I even found organic gourmet cotton candy mixes that we'll be spinning up pHesh! with our new cotton candy floss machine.

So, wether you need to alkalize with a customized organic juice or acidify with sweet treats, we've got you covered! You can always trust that we will never use any GMO tainted ingredients or artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. This is why we're so pHresh!... so you can be too!
