I joined Garrigues' Corporate Law/M&A Department in Barcelona on February 2002. Commonly advise global and Spanish companies, private equity firms and financial institutions on their inbound and outbound investments. I am promoter of Barcelona, a city which is an enriching hub of business opportunities and that has an authentic, different and unique sparkle. I have an extensive experience in advising global and Spanish companies investing in Latin America and China and also worked in Mexico and New York. Taking into account my cross border experience, I taught the course of “International Contracting” at UPF’s Business School since 2008 till 2014 and have been teaching "Business Law" in La Salle BCN since 2014. Also I am a regular speaker at the IFAES (International Faculty for Executives).

Member of the Executive Committee of the Global Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

In addition, member of the Barcelona and the Mexican Bar Associations as well as of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Also commonly advises entrepreneurs, investors and their projects through out the entire startup process with the aim of putting the ideas of the client to work, while implementing the necessary legal scheme and advising through the potential intricacies which may be encountered. He is an evangelist of the art of combining law and entrepreneurship.

I am the author and keen promoter of "The Bougainvillea Theory". Law and lawyering, no different than any industry needs to innovate.
