Pablo Renaud has worked in Spanish e-commerce since its early days. He launched his first online store in 2000 and has spent the last 25 years building, running, and advising digital commerce businesses across Europe. He is co-founder of Ebolution, an e-commerce agency that has delivered hundreds of digital projects since 2010, and of Ziclotech, where he led DTC and marketplace strategy for technology and home brands.
Beyond his operating roles, Pablo is an investor and board member at several digital businesses, mostly in e-commerce. Working as operator, investor, and advisor gives him a broad view of how the sector actually behaves: what scales, what stalls, and where the real margins sit. He brings that same perspective into the classroom. He has taught e-commerce, marketplaces, and online business at IE Business School since 2018, and has directed academic programs at KSchool and Startups Institute, working with students who range from first-time founders to executives leading digital transformation at large companies.
He is co-author of Vender con éxito en Amazon (LID Editorial, 2019) and writes EcommLetter, a weekly Spanish-language newsletter read by more than 6,600 e-commerce professionals looking for practical analysis of what is happening in online retail.
