Pablo and Danielle Duque, long time residents of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, began Fusion Carpet Care in February of 2004 and in January 2008 they incorporated and became Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. They decided in the very beginning that Fusion’s focus would be customer service, and of course, along with customer service comes quality cleaning. With hard work, an educated staff, fair practices, and appreciation for loyal customers, the company has more than quadrupled in size since 2004 and is now a major provider of cleaning services across Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties. As a Certified Firm, to encompass all the services offered, Fusion Carpet Care, Inc. became Fusion CRS: Cleaning & Restoration Services in 2012. Fusion CRS is a certified firm in all areas of cleaning from carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery/furniture cleaning, and water damage restoration. Serving both residential and commercial clients and establishing personal relationships of trust and service has been a rewarding experience.

As a winner of the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics and Angie’s List Super Service Award, the sky is the limit for Fusion’s future success. It has always been important to give back to the community when you reach your goals. Last year Fusion CRS did just that. Some of the projects launched in 2011-2012 included: Funding art projects for low budget art teachers, launching campaigns to help children and homeless, as well as supporting and donating to Breast Cancer Awareness & Research. It’s never enough but with your support, Fusion will continue to give back where needed and support the wonderful people making a difference in the community.
