Pablo Lorenzo Ampudia studied business administration at the Universidad del Valle de México, which ranks as one of Mexico’s most prestigious institutions for postsecondary education. After completing his studies, Pablo Lorenzo Ampudia entered the hospitality business, serving as co-owner of several restaurants in Ixtapa, a city originally built to function as a resort town by the Mexican government.
