Chester Pacana

Chester “C. Edziu” Pacana entered the field of investment and real estate management in 2003. At the time, he was studying at Saint Leo University, working toward his bachelor's in history. For close to three years, Chester Pacana balanced his academic responsibilities with dual roles as president of Second Chance Funding and managing member of Edge Interstate Investments.

C. Edziu Pacana received his undergraduate degree in 2005 and has continued to lead both financial companies. Through Edge Interstate Investments, he oversees financial strategy development, contracting and maintenance, and marketing of rental properties. Meanwhile, with Second Chance Funding, he oversees all aspects of property management and investment projects.

In 2017, Chester Pacana began serving as a conservative wealth management planner with DeRosa and Associates in Jamestown, Tennessee. He has built expertise in working with medical professionals and government employees, having participated in DeRosa's activities as a Fed Plan contractor. Through this federal program, he hosts benefits workshops and helps employees to understand their options.
