G Pack Manufacturing Limited

G Pack Manufacturing Limited was established in Glossop, Derbyshire in 1999. We are centrally located within the U.K. close to Manchester and Sheffield within the High Peak.

We are a specialist injection moulding company, dedicated 100% to the U.K. glazing industry. This has helped us achieve membership of the Glass and Glazing Federation. Our customer base includes profile extruders, window fabricators of all sizes, trade counters and installation companies.

All manufacturing is carried out to ISO 9001 quality standards. Moulding machine capabilities range from 70 tonnes up to 200 tonnes.

We have invested heavily in mould tool design and manufacture, and continue to do so. Almost all our tools have full hot runner systems. This eliminates waste and recycling when moulding, resulting in a very lean and efficient manufacturing process.

We do not manufacture for any other industry sectors. We are totally dedicated to only supplying companies within the U.K. glazing industry. We pride ourselves on researching and developing new bespoke precision parts, to offer the highest quality, competitively priced solutions to our customers needs.
