S.Lazar,M.A., M.Phil. PhD( Sociology). Currently live in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Working as Assistant Professor in the departmentment of Human Resource Management since Janurary 2000. From 1994 - 1999 worked as research Coordinator in Indian Social Institute, Bangalore, India. Been top level executive(Rector) of St.Joseph's college from 2003 -2009. Like managing organizations. Academically, interested in rural development studies, projects and training programmes. Presently interested in food security issues and skill development of the rural youth.
