I'm a California girl, who moved home to the Mitten State to take care of my aging parents. Since I couldn't find a teaching job in the Mitten, I went back to my past experience working in the surf industry and began teaching stand up paddleboarding (SUP). While I worked at Surftech, I had tried one of their first SUPs. As a pioneer of bringing SUPs to the Mitten State...I'm excited to meet the most amazing people. I love teaching SUP yoga and SUPilates, I'm trained in both areas....and I also love to SUP with my Pups, the wieners...Fritz, Kraut and Gretchen. Eco-SUP tours are available...
