He holds an MS/MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a background that allows him to dive deep into operational "mechanics" while driving high-level profitability. Throughout his career, he has founded, scaled, and exited companies across the manufacturing, services, and health and wellness sectors.

Beyond the boardroom, Pádraig is a published author of two books, including “Make it Happen: A Success Guide for Teenagers,” reflecting his commitment to mentorship and structured achievement.
