I am a consultant, project manager, and realtor currently living in Abuja, Nigeria 🇳🇬. My interests range from entrepreneurship to business development and Marketing. I am also interested in innovation, technology, and reading.

Jacob Pafenoh is the General manager of Lenade estates and company, an estate company that deals with selling and buying of properties, and also deals with Apartments in center of Abuja ( wuse 2 )
He markets properties for the company and also act as the facility manager who helps to manage the facilities of the estate properties and also the Apartment business

Before working as a manger in Lenade estates and company, he worked as and Administrative manager in Yellow door Apartments in 2021, where he worked as a part time staff and at the same time managed his company Nadad paf enterprise. He coached and supervised the staffs, help the company with business strategy and also how to work smart in this digital world. He help develop some applications that made work easy and at the same time meet the demand of both the consumers and the company.

Prior to working with Yellow door Apartment, he worked with Adron real estates where he started 2014 as a business officer and got to the peak of being a General manager 2021 in Lagos. Where he coach and mentored people on marketing skills and the same time marketed and sold a lot of properties.
He coached and mentored about 300staffs in marketing and advertising.

He’s also the CEO of Nadad paf enterprise which has been in existence since 2018. The company deals with property consultancy, facility management, vacation rentals, business analysis, marketing management, sales and coaching.

He possesses degrees in B-tech, Electrical and electronic engineering from the prestigious federal university of technology Minna.
