He started public and motivational speaking in 2012 and has since been engaged by higher institutions, religious organizations and reputable firms to share his knowledge through his incredible speaking skills on organizational management and personal effectiveness. He has passion for helping others find their inherent potential and God given talents through his thought-provoking questions and ultimate decision quiz which have brought about remarkable results in the lives of many and incredible change in many organizations. He works with Leaders of various organizationsand NGOs as well as business and institutional leaders at all levels. He serves on the board of various organizations as a Trainer and Consultant of high pedigree.
Arnold is a personal Advisor and coach to many high net worth individuals (HNI) and organizations. He promotes communication skills and character leadership as pathways to becoming indispensable and valuable in any given field of profession. He is also a member of Toastmasters International; Aso Rock Stars Abuja. He is happily married to Mary Temitope Afolayan, they are blessed with three children; Bernice, Richfield and Arnold.
