I am a writer, believer of faith, teacher, free spirit, crazy cat lady of 2, but overall I am a sister to an amazingly beatific young girl named Cindy. Cindy rocks an extra chromosome, causing her to have Down syndrome. She is my world and who keeps me sane. I live and do everything for her. I am starting a blog about my journey with Cindy. I hope for my readers to find humor, adoration, and wanting more. I also would love for my readers to be inspired by Cindy like she has inspired me. Cindy is not just someone who has a disability, she is so much more. She brightens a room with just her presence, her laugh is contagious, and her hugs are the best gifts anyone could ever receive. Down syndrome is a gift and Cindy is my blessing.
