Paige Collier

Paige Collier is the proud principal of Tobias Elementary School in Kyle, TX. She has worked for Hays CISD for 17 years as a teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, and administrator. For the past eight years, she served as principal of two elementary schools in the district and led the implementation of 7 Mindsets for the first time in the 2016-17 school year. Paige advocates for her staff to demonstrate a growth mindset and is committed to continuous improvement and education of the whole child. Some of her accomplishments include selection as the Hays CISD Elementary Teacher of the Year and Region XIII Teacher of the Year, and earning a full leadership scholarship to Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education. She holds a Bachelors in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas, a Masters in Educational Administration, and is in the dissertation phase of her Ph.D. in School Improvement from Texas State University.
