Palesa Mokoena currently in my third year of studying the Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase and FET at the University of Johannesburg, Majoring in History and English. Born and raised at Tsakane(Brakpan, Gauteng). I matriculated in 2021 at Tholulwazi secondary school in Tsakane. Got accepted and started studying at the university of Johannesburg in 2022. I would say that my love for education began in highschool and it grew more and more as years went by. I was inspired by my teachers dedication to their work. I strive to create engaging learning experiences that are inclusive to diverse student needs. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of my future students and I am looking forward to connecting with fellow educators and contributing to society. Through my academic journey I have acquired a foundation in the principles of education, teaching strategies, and curriculum design. I have been actively participating in volunteer work, service learning, teaching practices, and extracurricular activities. I inspire future generations and educate them to create a better future. I am eager to develop skills and knowledge in education. My participation in community engagement or volunteering have increased my understanding of diverse learning environments. I am willing to continue learning and growing as an educator. My aim is to create a classroom environment that facilitates individual growth and academic excellence for learners.

I strongly believe in making a supportive environment that encourages learner participation, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity. I look forward to acquiring more knowledge and working hard to contribute to the educational community as a driven, enthusiastic, and innovative teacher.
