In today’s fast-paced performance as leaders we quickly realize how difficult it is to provide project oversight and leadership while at the same time provide strategic direction. For example, ensuring appropriate resourcing, develop and maintain contacts, nurture interactions within and outside the organization. Since 2003 I have done exactly that.
I have learned that leadership is defined by INFLUENCE, that the most important ingredient is INTEGRITY, that the ultimate test is CREATING POSITIVE CHANGE, the quickest way to gain a lead is PROBLEM ANTICIPATION and SOLVING.
More importantly I have realized that developing your most appreciable asset PEOPLE, determines ATTITUDE with most important lesson of all-STAFF DEVELOPMENT and TEAM BUILDING and finally - realization of last indispensable quality as a leader -VISION!
