Palin is a digital and content marketing consultant, trainer, and blogger with over 20 years of experience. He leads EXPD, a 100-plus-member award-winning practice at Avian WE. EXPD’s clients include retainers like the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Ministry of External Affairs, UNICEF, EU Delegation to India, GIZ, NHAI, Amazon, Vedanta, RP Sanjeev Goenka Group, Jindal Foundation, ReNew, Edelweiss, and Marico. Earlier, it managed the digital mandate for NITI Aayog for 5.5 years. It handled some of India’s biggest events like the G20 Summit, Startup Mahakumbh, Global Maritime Summit, Vaibhav Summit 2020, Auto Expo 2018, 2020 & 2023, and the launch of Govt of India’s Ayushman Bharat - PMJAY programme. At the annual Avian WE's ACE awards, EXPD was declared the 'Team That Rocked' for two years in a row for 2017 and 2018. He got recognition for 'Outstanding Contribution To The Firm' in 2018. He has written two industry-acclaimed digital trends reports.
