Palmer is RedMaiden’s founding principal and creative director-producer. She is an expert in brand communications for film, video, television, online viral marketing and social networking. Palmer is the eldest daughter of Diane Enfield and Berkley Free Speech Movement photographer Ronald Lee Enfield. Palmer’s youth was spent criss-crossing the U. S. until the family finally landed in NJ. After battling and surviving Hodgkin’s in high school, Palmer went on to graduate with a B.A. in Communications as part of the last all female graduating class at Goucher College, Towson, MD. She began her career in Philadelphia and worked her way up from production assistant to line producer before turning her talents to her first love – directing. Palmer now splits her time between Philadelphia, NYC and LA. Palmer’s personal experiences are frequently reflected in her work.

Palmer’s direction results in emotional, visual storytelling with subtle sense of humor. She has a natural sense of performance and ability to capture spontaneity through great casting choices and direction. Palmer has a keen sense of dialogue and loves to work with children and real people.
