I am a 47 year old man who started off with jobs like being a cashier, stocker and warehouse employee. I felt like I needed a change in my life. So I looked at getting in the field working with computers. That field is always changing and new things around the corner. So I applied as a tech in a temp agency that was nice to give a guy with no background a try. My first job was delivering the equipment to areas on site that needed to be setup. Well I made a friend doing it that saw something in me I had to offer the would help. That chance paid off for me. The employers saw I could help and do a good job. They call the temp agency and asked to have me doing more then driving the truck. I was then setting up the computers and it was so natural for me doing it that the job call me back after the contract ended to help with another project. It did not stop there for when my next contract came up it was at a hospital and then I got hired full time there to work. Best day of my life and made new friends there as well. Been doing computer tech work for 13 years now. I also picked up networking and as well as publication ( instructional and informal). I then start working on websites and designing. A friend gave me my first job designing a website for a bookkeeping agency. My people skills always a plus in talking and meeting new people always resulting in new and caring friends. When I am not working well I am home working on my cooking skills which is going well so far.
