Hello peoples of the World! First of all, I thank you on stopping by this site and giving me a bit of your time. This portfolio represents the work that I am currently doing at Humboldt State University, where I am completing a Master Program on Applied Anthropology. This master will help me achieve my goals on archaeology and the project that I want to develop: the use of strontium isotope in order to determine migration patterns and diet of ancient aborigines of the Canary Islands.
I chose this region and topic for two things: I am from the islands and I love bioarchaeology. Being born and raised in these islands has showed me the little information the general public knows about their culture. My ultimate goal is to one day create awareness about this cultural information, once stripped away from us, available again for residents thus let it be known our cultural heritage locally and
