Expert in European Programmes supporting Innovation and R&D, Paloma Lozano has extensive knowledge and experience in European Policies, Strategies, Programmes, Regulations and Projects. She promotes and manages collaborative European Projects (FP7, CIP, Interreg, Life+, AAL, ERA-NETs, among others) and provides information, training, advisory and support services in this field for Clusters, companies, associations, foundations and other entities within Madrid Network and Innogate to Europe. She has in-depth knowledge of European Institutions and International Networks.

She holds a Law Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in European Union Law by San Pablo-CEU University of Madrid. She undertook a student training period at the Research and Development Directorate General of the European Commission.
