Pamala Springs

As Founder and Executive Director of PRIDE Museum, a nonprofit organization, Pamala brings 30+ years of leadership development and a commitment to civic and cultural education programs for youth and community. Pamala releases a cosmic range of creative energy to her projects and is an effective communicator with unique insights and an earnest connection to youth, making her an influential and well-respected mentor and youth leader. In 1997 she created Kwanzaa Village Youth Expo, a seasonal holiday program which delivers educational workshops and a festive cultural affirmation celebration of all that is good in the African American community. In 2010 Pamala founded PRIDE Museum, a nonprofit organization committed to expanding educational perspectives on technology and science for youth in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.
