Pamela C. Rone

Greetings!

As you all see above, my name is Pamela, but you can call me Pam :)

I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Social Work at the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. When not in class, i enjoy participating in activites that are closely related to my choice of study. I have tons of experience involving advocacy for the LGBT community, mentoring teens, tutoring adolescents, etc. Although countless factors contributed to my choice of major, my work & experience with the LGBT community is something that i attribute the most credit to. Witnessing youth struggle within themselves, with their religion and the negative opinions of others is something that I will never forget.

I believe that once you have experienced struggle and survived, as opposed to falling victim, you then have the ability to pass that knowledge forward in order to help someone else who may be struggling as well.
