1987. I was born and incidentally soon after, the Indian Parliament passed the National Mental Health Act.

Well, I am a rather Confidently Confused individual who hasn't yet been able to figure out 'what I want to be when I grow up'.

After a 4 year stint with Engineering, I moved onto humanities, falling in love with it. Picking up a masters course every alternate year, I now have a masters degree each, in Sociology and Human Rights. And I'm currently pursuing my 3rd in Tribal Development and Management. And, a couple of Masters later, I would be able to determine the direction of my Phd (If at all) :)

I have worked as a Software Engineer in Infosys, a Scientist Fellow in Council of Scientific and Industrial Research , handled students older than me as a Lecturer in Sociology and now in the service of Government of India as an IAS :). But then 'Change is the Only Constant' and who knows that theater wouldn't be my 5th job tomorrow! :)

I actually wanted to become a Doctor and heal body, mind and souls, but then ended up marrying one. Now, I have to be content learning from him, drugs, doses and diseases. So, I'm currently a Qualified Quack (a great one for sure! :D ).

I am a Terrific Poet, Blogger, Artist and Nature Lover and a Terrible cook, wife and driver. But then, I am a patient learner as well !

Around all this confusion, I'm confident about something in this life & this birth- I shall try and touch a few more lives than my own. Yes!
