Thomas, has been a change catalyst throughout her life, drawing others into seeing broader, more effective possibilities and solutions to the opportunities and challenges in business and in life. This has made her an invaluable partner to business leaders facing major professional and personal transitions.

With her authentic, direct approach, she has been instrumental in helping others find the true source of their power and harnessing that power to change their lives and the world around them. She works with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders and philanthropists to develop business, financial and personal strategies that change lives. Pam is the founder, owner and managing advisor of Kairos Advisers LLC.

She is the author of 2 books Retirement By Design: How to Pursue Your Passions, Leave Your Legacy and Live the Retirement of Your Dreams and He Restores My Soul: Life Affirming Meditations on the Psalms.

Eclectic is a good word to describe her diverse background and interests. There are two ways to pursue the larger questions of life. The first is to be a specialist and delve deeply into one's chosen field for the answers. The second is to be a generalist and scan the broad horizon to discern connections and relationships between things. Both perspectives are equally important to our collective pursuit of the "big questions," as one without the other will undoubtedly provide incomplete answers. Pam is a generalist.

She has facilitated a variety of workshops, classes, and retreats over the past decade for her business and individual clients, including a cutting-edge modality for intuitive training, a method that links the conceptual and intuitive minds.

Pam holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, a M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, and a M. Div. from Union Presbyterian Seminary. She has been a consultant to various individuals, businesses, and other nonprofit organizations for well over a decade. Prior to starting Kairos Advisers, Pam spent 15 years as an equity analyst, portfolio manager, and consultant for various banks and investment companies.
