Pamela Agbahor

A Value Improvement Specialist and Certified IT Quality Manager focused on data management consulting, process improvement, and strategic value optimisation. I help organisations capture the right data to drive efficiency, compliance, innovation, and measurable value.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Foreign Languages and Literature with a major in French. However, I have built over a 15-year career in IT. After working at a commercial bank, I taught myself database development and expanded into software and data systems, data management, IT training, Business Intelligence, along with auditing and administrative roles.

I earned an MSc in Computing (Software Engineering) with a dissertation that uncovered major barriers to environmental sustainability data collection in the Film and TV industry through interviews with key stakeholders.

I enjoy tackling an organisation’s most critical problems. Drawing on my expertise in quality management, I help control costs that escalate from unclear goals, poor planning, or overlooked risks. My focus is on improving stakeholder value that benefit both organisations and their customers.

An active member of several BCS -The Chartered Institute for IT specialist groups, including Quality Management, Data Management, Green IT, a committee member of the Consultancy Specialist Group and the Technology Director for the Wellbeing Cognoscente Limited.
