As the founder and creator of Revolutionary Reframing, Pamela Renée Doiron, Ph.D. has been called "The Urban Mystic" for her ability to lead a once untapped audience of sophisticated, concrete, linear thinkers to the esoteric worlds of spirituality and inner transformation. Growing up in Maine, the daughter of a Neuropsychologist father and highly artistic mother, Pamela realized she had the gift of wise insight around deep philosophical questions but also had a headstrong human side. From an early age she felt called to become a nun, however, when her tendency to contemplate profound subjects became an obstacle to youthful spirited fun, Pamela gave herself permission to pursue all of her passions. This included being an exchange student in Paris, living in Italy for two years, working for The David Letterman Show, handling the switchboard at 60 Minutes and studying Shakespeare at RADA in London. After graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Foreign Studies, Pamela's creativity and love of adventure inspired her to pursue a modeling and acting career. While she became a successful fitting model on Seventh Avenue, and rose to the top of one of the most physically focused professions, Pamela knew that her divine destiny was still dormant within. After an accident nearly disfigured her, she devoted herself to mastering the meaning of life and her story was featured on Oprah. She went on to become a triply certified life coach and complete her Master of Divinity and her Doctorate in Metaphysics. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Spiritual Theology and her faith journey is under the personal guidance of a prominant American priest and Moral Theologian stationed in Rome. Her blog, "Urban Mystic Musings", explores the greater spiritual lessons behind life's mundane events and Pamela's passion is to help others see their humanity from a holy perspective and to find magic and meaning in everything.
