A former college instructor and public and private school English teacher, Pam has an extensive background in preparing and formatting research papers, theses and dissertations in accordance with a range of academic styles. She also has many years of experience with business communication and copywriting projects, including RFPs, ghostwriting, manuscripts and book proposals. Her goal is to help her clients make the most positive and polished presentation of their ideas.

Her clientele includes graduate and post-graduate students, individuals and businesses from the U.S., Canada, the U.K, and eight other countries. Pam has many effective working relationships with clients for whom English is a second language, and her facility with internet-based communications and collaboration platforms ensures easy access for clients regardless of location.

In addition to her extensive work as an entrepreneur, teacher, instructor and curriculum consultant, Pam has a corporate background in technology sales, sales management, and marketing upon which she can draw. Pam writes on a wide range of topics and approaches each project as an opportunity to research, explore and learn.

Pam earned her Education BS/Special Education Certification and English MA/Reading Specialist Certification from Eastern Michigan University.

Pam lives in Detroit, Michigan USA with her husband Keith Owens and their two "pound puppies", aged 10 and 6 years old, in a large 100-year-old historic home. Pam and Keith have six adult children. In her spare time, Pam enjoys reading, sewing, needlework, music, choral singing, crafts, home remodeling and rarely misses her daily yoga practice.
