Pamela L. Johnson

Pamela L. Johnson is the Veterans and Military Families Program Manager for Goodwill Industries International (GII). Johnson leads GII’s Portfolio to reskill and retrain veterans and Military families in their new careers while addressing disconnected service models across the nation. Pamela manages GII’s national relationships with veteran centric organizations and equips local Goodwills to provide a high standard of service delivery through holistic services and community partnerships. Before coming to GII, Pamela served in the United States Army for ten years as a soldier athlete and finance NCO. While service to the community is Pamela’s passion, as a veteran, her investment in the work to serve veterans and military families, is one of her lifelong mission. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Southern California and M.B.A from Webster University.

Today, Pamela volunteers for several causes that focus on veterans, financial wellness, women, diversity and inclusion. Pamela is committed to investing her talents and expertise to effect positive social change around the globe.
