Pamela Fletcher

As a Clinical Nurse Educator at Eugene/Springfield-area PeaceHealth hospitals, Pamela L. Fletcher, R.N., is responsible for teaching nursing orientations and arranging, monitoring, and evaluating new employee unit orientations. Additionally, she performs Education Need Assessments and designs & develops curriculum and competencies to meet those needs. She leads and participates in nursing standardization and policies. As a member of Sigma Theta Tau, she is continuing her professional growth in all avenues of nursing with a focus in Nursing Informatics.
