Hello, Thanks for visiting my page. I'm a global citizen, interested in social justice, individual privacy and institutional accountability. I quit my full-time job in early 2014 to work in the bitcoin industry full time; I've been happily self-employed ever since.

My primary interest is in intersection of law and technology, specifically using bitcoin and blockchain tech to streamline systems and processes, right power imbalances, and protect owners of digital currencies and assets.

Recently I've been focused on (1) how this tech will change the practice of law, (2) practical ways to use the tech to reduce risk in businesses, (3) bringing arbitration and dispute resolution to the industry, (4) estate and business continuity planning for cryptocurrencies and assets.

Official titles include: Attorney at Empowered Law PLLC; CEO at Third Key Solutions LLC (key consulting, management, cold storage); and Board Member at the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium (non-profit industry certification and standards org).
